Delivery info:
Paintings will be securely and carefully packaged and will be safely delivered by courier service for UK buyers. The price does include delivery in the UK only. If you are enquiring outside of the UK please contact me at: info@emspaintbox.com and I will reply ASAP with a delivery quote, I will enquire as to what the most cheapest, secure, quickest delivery method will be direct to your door. The Handmade Cards are free delivery to anywhere in the UK and overseas.
Returns Policy:
Please notify me if you are not happy with the purchase, items to be returned to me within 7 days of its actual receipt. I require the artwork be returned in the same condition it was received. The postage costs are not refundable and the buyer must pay the return postage
How to place an order and pay for your purchase:

Then either opt to buy art online using PayPal or place an order for an offline payment method eg. cheque, you can do this by contacting me: info@emspaintbox.com
Paying by credit / debit card:
You will be able to pay online using a credit or debit card and will make the payment through the secure online payment basket provided by PayPal. PayPal is an online payments service provider, please see

Paying by cheque:

PRICE AND AVAILABILITY

ORDERS
Online:
When you place an order online, you will have the opportunity to check the details of your order and correct any errors before placing the order. When you place your order you are making an offer to buy. You will be sent an e-mail (“ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF ORDER”) confirming receipt of your order from PayPal. The ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF ORDER is not acceptance of your offer. If your offer has been accepted you will be contacted by Emma Taylor via e-mail confirming the details of your order (“ORDER CONFIRMATION”). At this time your offer to buy will have been accepted and your artwork will be despatched to you.
Offline
If you would like to make an order and pay offline, please email me at info@emspaintbox.com with the details of your order which should include details of the items ordered, price, your name, address, e-mail and telephone number together with a cheque made payable to Emma Taylor. When you send this letter you are making an offer to buy. You will be sent an e-mail or letter (“ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF ORDER”) confirming receipt of your order. The ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF ORDER is not acceptance of your offer. If your offer has been accepted you will be contacted by me via e-mail or letter confirming that your offer has been accepted (“ORDER CONFIRMATION”). At this time your offer to buy will have been accepted and your artwork will be despatched to you.

I do not have access to your debit/credit card details. Payment processing is carried out by PayPal and complies with the highest privacy regulations and the best encryption software in the industry - SSL (Secure Sockets Layer). CHEQUES (OFF-LINE PAYMENT)
Cheques should be made payable to Emma Taylor and be in Pounds Sterling from a UK bank.
Orders will be dispatched after your cheque has cleared and you have been notified that your order has been accepted.

DELIVERY
Delivery is costed on an individual basis and standard delivery will be via Post Office. Please note that an extra delivery charge may be applicable for non-standard delivery.

I endeavour to dispatch within 14 (fourteen) days and customers should allow up to 30 (thirty) days for UK delivery (international delivery may take longer).

CANCELLATIONS
You may cancel from the day of the order and up to 7 (seven) working days after the day on which you receive the goods. This right of cancellation does not apply to any goods which have been made to your specification or personalized.If you wish to cancel you should e-mail info@emspaintbox.com, I must have written notice of your cancellation.
You will receive a full refund within 30 (thirty) days of cancellation in the same format that you paid for the goods ie. either by cheque or through PayPal by credit or debit card as applicable. If the goods have already been despatched, you must handle them with reasonable care and they should be returned to me in their original condition at your own cost by courier, Special Delivery or equivalent. The goods to be returned should be wrapped securely in their original packaging. If the original packaging is not available similar packaging should be used to provide secure packaging for the transit of the goods. You should also include a note with details of your name, address and order number.

RETURNS POLICY
I very much hope you will be delighted with your purchase(s). However, in the unlikely event that you wish to return an item you may receive a full refund of your money within 30 (thirty) days of cancellation. Please follow the guidance under CANCELLATIONS above.

FAULTY GOODS
We recommend that you check the condition of the goods you have ordered when delivered. Please notify us as soon as possible if you discover the goods are faulty.
